Our journey began in 1998 with the purchase of a 182-hectare portion of land from the University of Stellenbosch. This landmark project involved the rezoning and subdivision of the land into several residential, business, and institutional portions, creating what is now known as the sought-after Sonstraal Heights in Durbanville.
